How do I submit my NUDE photo to HUSTLER ® Beaver Hunt.

1. Obtain a HUSTLER model release form. You can either cut one out of any recent issue of HUSTLER magazine, request one from the Beaver Hunt editor at the address below, or print one out by clicking here.

2. Complete your model release form (be sure to sign your legal name and provide date). Please follow all instructions carefully.

3. Send your pictures, the completed model release form and clearly legible copies of two forms of acceptable ID (at least one with a photo) to:
